A Year in Review & a Year Ahead

We survived the massive overhaul that was 2024-2025, and we're ready to process for our clients for the next award year. We believe the road ahead for 2025-2026 will be much better.

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to the financial aid community!

As we become immersed in the holiday season, we’d like to take a minute to reflect on all we have to be thankful for, and we’re so thankful for YOU and the clients we serve in higher education. We’ve had the privilege of serving postsecondary financial aid teams since 1996, and we’re grateful to be part of the community.

Because of our capabilities, and after managing the challenges of 2024-2025, we believe we’re uniquely prepared to tackle any hurdles in the year ahead for our clients.

In 2024 at Global:

➡️ We were able to receive and import 125,122 ISIRs on behalf of clients in the early hectic days of 2024-2025 (April to June of this year).

➡️ 43,152 student files were also reviewed from April to June of this year.

➡️ Reporting to COD began in June on behalf of our clients.

➡️ All our client calls, emails and chat requests were answered and resolved by a Client Services representative or director.

➡️ Our 2025-2026 proprietary financial aid management SAINT software and functionality will be ready and available before the end of the year for our clients, with our SAINT Student software ready shortly after January 1.

➡️ ISIRs for 2025-2026 were successfully imported in early December for all our SAINT Director clients.

➡️ In the year ahead at Global, we're finding ways to expedite the review process of student files from submitted to confirmed.

The world of financial aid administration evolved rapidly in 2024, with postsecondary institutions, advocates, agencies and third-party servicers adapting to unprecedented and sweeping changes. Those changes covered an overhaul of policies, long-held terminology, Department of Education software and the FAFSA form itself as the application and federal systems went through massive transformation.

But we believe the next year, after the upheaval of 2024, looks much better.

Our mission is to provide the postsecondary education community with timely, accurate and client-focused solutions for financial aid administration. Because we’re made up of experts in all aspects of the administration of federal financial aid, we have deep technical knowledge throughout our organization.

We hope we can help your institution manage the student financial aid process in 2025. Global is proud to be in service to Title IV college teams, and we look forward to supporting our hard-working community in the new year.

We wish you and yours a joyous holiday this season.
