Maintaining Institutional Eligibility

Financial aid administrators updating their E-App will need to update all items, no matter the reason for the update.

  • When you update your E-App, you will be required to update all required items no matter the reason for updating the E-App. This could include providing information on everyone with ownership and/or board members.
  • As part of your recertification, you will be required to provide your published policies on Admissions (including validating questionable high school diplomas), your Withdrawal Process, including Return to Title IV and Institutional/State Refund Policy, and your SAP Policy.
  • Institutions also need to ensure their published (or posted on website) consumer information is up to date.
  • If during recertification you have additional updates to make, identify recertification as the only purpose.
