FSA Partner Connect Updates
Implementation is scheduled for December for FSA’s new portal for financial aid administrators.

The next major FSA Partner Connect implementation will launch December 17, 2023, and includes an extensive redesign of the E-App, as well as other major enhancements. To implement the new E-App, users will no longer be able to log in to eligcert.ed.gov as of November 25, 2023.
The Department of Education strongly encourages all colleges to download or print these items before November 24, 2023:
- Current ECAR
- Any acknowledgment and approval notices and letters that the college does not have saved
- The college’s Application data (for cases in which an institution recently applied, but that application has not been processed)
