To our financial aid colleagues: A reminder that applications for the 2020-2021 award year are being accepted through this Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
Here are deadlines for submitting applications and making SAR/ISIR corrections for the 2020-2021 award year:
All new electronic applications must be received by CPS on June 30, 2021. There is no exception to this deadline with CPS. Applications submitted through FAFSA on the web or FAA Access to CPS Online must be received and accepted by CPS no later than June 30, 2021.
CPS must receive all corrections to applications no later than September 11, 2021. If you’re a Global client, electronic ISIR corrections submitted through Global must be completed no later than September 9, 2021. Corrections through FAFSA on the web or FAA Access to CPS Online must be received and accepted by CPS no later than September 11, 2021.
To disburse Title IV need-based Federal Student Aid to a student, colleges must have a valid SAR/ISIR (with an EFC computed) while the student is enrolled for the award year, or in the timeframe for the student to qualify for a late disbursement, but not later than September 18, 2021.
For students selected for verification, colleges must have verification documents, and for Pell Grant recipients, a valid SAR/ISIR, no later than 120 days after the last day of enrollment, or September 18, 2021, whichever is earlier.
